Each Service Crew has complied with Article 50 of the 2024 FIA Cross-Country rally sporting regulations.

Each Service Crew has his own medical insurance and repatriation to participate in the event.

As Team Manager representing the Competitor or as Competitor, I exonerate the FIA, the EMSO, the Organizers and officials, their employees, officers and agents from any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury, which I may incur in the course of the event. Furthermore, I undertake to indemnify and hold harmless the FIA, the EMSO, the Organizers and officials, their employees, officers and agents from and against any and all liability to third parties for any loss, damage or injury which I am jointly and severally liable.
